Hi everyone! Mum of three here from Perth. My middle child was diagnosed last year at age 8. The mornings are our biggest struggle — getting out the door feels like herding cats. Looking forward to learning from you all.

G'day! Dad of two boys, both diagnosed. I was also diagnosed as an adult last year which explained... a lot. Happy to share what's worked for us.
