My Story
I know what it's like to feel stuck in a cycle of daily battles with a child who seems capable… but just can't seem to 'do it'. The constant reminders, the big emotions, the feeling that you might be getting it all wrong.
Because I wasn't just an adult working with these families… I was that child. The one who couldn't sit still, who talked too much, who was labelled 'naughty' and 'disruptive.' I was even told I might not make it through high school.
But the truth was — I was trying. I just didn't understand my brain… and neither did the adults around me.
I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was an adult. Now I have a degree — and I finally understand how my brain and emotions work.
Looking back now… I don't see a difficult child. I see a child who needed support… and didn't get it. I see parents who were doing their best — but didn't have the tools.
“This is the program I wish my parents had.”
Because your child isn't trying to be difficult. And you're not doing anything wrong.
You just need the right understanding — and the right support.

What I Believe
Regulation Before Expectation
You can't teach a dysregulated child. We prioritize emotional safety first.
Change the Setup, Not the Child
Neurodivergent brains need external structure. We modify the environment, not force compliance.
No Shame, No Masking, No Medication
ADHD is a neurological difference, not a character flaw, and can largely be remedied WITHOUT medication.
