Noticed these groups are mostly mums and I get why, but I'm the main parent dealing with the school stuff for my boy and I want to do better. Any other dads here? Just say g'day, would be nice to know I'm not the only bloke reading.

Bloke here. Honestly the best thing I did was stop trying to 'fix' the meltdowns like a problem and start just being next to him through them. Took me embarrassingly long to learn.
